My Favorite Juice Recipes

Carrot/Apple/Beet/Ginger
(makes about 32 ounces)
2 lbs carrots
1 medium apple
1medium beet with the greens
1 inch piece of ginger root

Pineapple/Greens/Celery/Mint
(makes about 32 ounces)
1/2 a medium pineapple
1 head of greens - I like to alternate between spinach & red chard
1 head of celery
1 big handful of fresh mint

Traditional Master Cleanser
(makes about 64 ounces)
8 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
8 TBSP Grade B organic maple syrup
2 cayenne capsules - contents emptied into the liquid
56 ounces purified water

Salt Water Flush
(natural top-down laxative)
32 ounces purified water
2 teaspoons non-iodized sea salt

Modified Master Cleanser
(makes about 64 ounces)
56 ounces purified water
3 lemons
3 TBSP raw honey
3 TBSP Power 4 - blend of goji, mangosteen, noni, & acai juice
2 TBSP aloe vera gel
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
2 cayenne capsules - contents emptied into the liquid
1 TBSP cold-pressed hemp oil
1 TBSP Green Vibrance powder
1 packet EmergenC chelated electrolytes w/ MSM
1 TBSP Chyawanprash - Ayurvedic supplement containing Indian gooseberry, Tumeric, & Cinnamon
